Gregory D. Gerlach, Esq. is an experienced attorney and real estate professional with over three decades of practice in corporate, commercial, and residential real estate law. As the owner of Ally Settlement Co., he oversees all aspects of real estate closings for a licensed title insurance agency, bringing meticulous attention and deep industry expertise to every transaction.
Prior to founding Ally Settlement Co., Mr. Gerlach was a partner at Brennan, Robins & Daley, P.C., where he focused on residential and commercial real estate, corporate matters, and estate law. His career also includes roles with several prominent Pittsburgh law firms, where he developed a broad background in corporate law, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and creditor’s rights.
A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Gerlach has been recognized for his excellence in legal research and writing and has remained actively engaged in the legal community throughout his career. He is a frequent speaker on real estate and legal topics, and a past President of the Real Estate Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Rebecca M. Lerman is an attorney whose practice is informed by a lifelong commitment to advocacy, community engagement, and public service. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and The Pennsylvania State University. She also holds a Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Throughout her academic and professional career, Rebecca has demonstrated a passion for helping individuals and strengthening communities. Her experience includes legal advocacy, community organizing and education initiatives, nonprofit leadership, and volunteer service both locally and internationally. Rebecca is dedicated to providing responsive legal counsel, building strong relationships with clients, and helping individuals navigate complex legal challenges with confidence and clarity.
Natalie is a Paralegal graduate from the Community College of Allegheny County, where she graduated cum laude in 2025. She brings a strong foundation in legal studies combined with several years of experience in client service, case management, and administrative support.

Kelsey joined Ally Settlement after relocating to Pittsburgh from Idaho, where she worked for a real estate brokerage company and developed a strong foundation in the real estate industry. Recently licensed as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Real Estate Solutions, she is passionate about helping clients find their perfect home and guiding sellers through a successful transaction. Her experience on both the real estate and title sides of the closing process gives her a unique perspective and allows her to provide exceptional service to clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys alike. Kelsey's industry knowledge and commitment to a smooth, stress-free closing make her a valuable member of the Ally Settlement team.
